"Eleonora"

 - Medical care, "Eleonora" operates for 20 years, from 5th June 1996,  first as a private practice of home care and then increased the scope of work.

 - 1st January 2003 there was a  re-registration, and is transformed into the institution.

 - We have permission to perform activities in home care and physical therapy at patient's home and to conduct ground transportation (medical transport).

We have 12 cars for performing home care and physical therapy at home and 8 ground ambulances.

Ambulance are stationed in Porec and Split. Personnel and technical, we are equipped for medical transport from hospital to the airport (Venice, Trieste, Zadar, Pula, Split, Krk...), local transports, and for transport to long destinations (all Europe), with defibrillators, monitors, aspirators, vacuum mattresses ...

We are located in  Porec, Mauro Gioseffi 2, and you can contact us 24 hours a day - 365 days a year.
